"Kent Affordable Housing - Stuart Farms Apartment - Phase II" Current Site Photo left & 3D Design right  Stephen Lasar Architects is proud to announce that we were given the Award of Merit in the category of Adaptive Re-use for Kent Affordable Housing's Stuart Farm Apartments Phase I by the Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation. The Project consisted of 5 new affordable units at the site of Maple Street Extension which was completed in 2012.
